Kung pao tofu and broccoli from dinnerly. Delish! Customer service is terrible though, my order came a day late with no notice and part of the salsa packaging from another dish broke and messed up the other items (order was supposed to come on Friday) and still haven't heard back from their team.

Well consider yourself lucky. They charged my card and never even shipped my box according to tracking (that was supposed to arrive 2 days ago). No response from customer service either.

I ordered this. My broccoli that came was yellow.... just heard back from customer service and they said they would automatically apply a $10 credit... the credit has not been applied.

What is going on with ALL of these mealkit services. I think I’m ready to quit all of them, it’s no longer convenient.

I understand, though each service has its pros and cons and some have much better customer service than others. In my experience green chef and dinnerly have had the worst customer service and home chef/every plate have had better customer service.
