LF a specific long NaruSaku one-shot

I read this fic a few months ago but its name escapes my mind. It has a lemon (or a few lemons) in it, and it has an interesting plot. The premise of the fic is:

>Naruto wakes up from a coma, and doesn't remember anything at all from his life. However, Sakura takes him home to try and help him remember, and as he spends more time with her and they do the sex, he realizes how natural all of it feels, as if it was always his life. He struggles with whether he really is the Naruto that everyone remembers, since he doesn't really know what he acted like before. That's the main conflict.

>Sakura takes Naruto to Kakashi's house, and Anko answers. Both Kakashi and Anko are surprised that Naruto's awake, and clearly uncomfortable. As Naruto's other friends come to meet him, they act the same way: surprised and uncomfortable.

>After five days, Naruto gets a headache, and Sakura's all "Oh shit it's the fifth day.". Naruto asks her what she means, and she explains.

>It turns out that this is the FIFTH time that Naruto has woken up from a coma. Over the past three years, after an injury to his head, the kyuubi chakra caused some sort of clot in his head that blocks his memories. The first time he woke up, he was awake for one day before collapsing. The second time, two days. So on and so forth. Sakura tells him that there is an operation with a chance of success that can either bring back all his memories or lose them forever, but she needs his explicit consent for it to happen. Naruto feels guilty then gives his consent, and confirms it a few times when Sakura asks him if he's really sure.

>Naruto gets the operation done, and all his memories are back. They live happily ever after.
