So gambit sucks and all but it's soo refreshing not to have to fight against stasis
Honestly I hate gambit but it's not been too bad this week and I just realized why, when I fight other players I'm not having to weather 4 shurikens and 2 dusk fields before anyone fires a shot, now eyes of tomorrow can go fuck itself of course but I'm having more primary gunfights than I ever see in the crucible

And? Why do any of us care you don’t like it? Or the reason for it. Believe it or not there are a lot of people who love gambit.

And believe it or not, the VAST majority of d2 players cannot stand and refuse to touch gambit because it’s so tragically flawed. Not to mention the fact that so many of the people who do enjoy it become extremely toxic the second anyone says a word about it. OP is literally praising gambit, so why are you acting so defensive?
The title begins with “So gambit sucks”. He’s not praising gambit he’s ripping on crucible
Did you even read the post? “Gunplay in gambit is better than crucible” sure sounds like praise to me!
To be honest though idk anyone who disagrees with the fact that gambit sucks right now. It’s been utterly neglected by bungie since release, is riddled to the brim with game breaking bugs, has like two maps, and the only good loot is dropping at an astronomically low rate. The list goes on and on and on. Bringing issues to light with criticism is the best way to fix them, much like positive reinforcement is the best way to tell someone to keep doing something.
My point is that some people need to learn how to not take critiques (or in this case, praise) as a personal attack. Critiques literally make the game better for all of us.
Critique is not saying gambit sucks. You took one of the only “positive” things out of his response. He didn’t mention any specific issues of the game mode. People are fine with real critiquing not whiny garbage.
Well you see... these days, anything where you don’t instantly win 110% of your matches is a shit game/mode.
