Where to donate male hair in South OC? Preferably with free/complimentary haircut.

Hello all, hope you're well. As the title states, I'm looking for a place that will offer a complimentary haircut for hair donation. I haven't had a haircut during this pandemic and when I do, I would prefer to donate it to someone in need. My hair has never and probably will never again be this long so I would hate for it to all go to waste. I am a student at UCI and thus looking in the Irvine/South OC area and getting a complimentary cut would be helpful. I'm a male with curly/frizzy hair that makes me look like the Toad mushroom from Mario Kart. It is hard to make a long enough "ponytail" style to cut like many of these charities ask for. If you stretch the hair of the curls out to the side, it reaches ~ 12" which is the length they require.

I've checked all the usual suspects - Locks of Love, Wigs for Kids, etc. - but haven't found a spot nearby that can cut and donate my mushroom-like hair which is why I'm reaching out here. There is a place near LA but that is too far for me with school and other spots have told me they could try to cut my hair for a donation but it's otherwise full charge.

If you know of a spot that works with a charity and can find a way to cut my hair so it can be donated, I would greatly appreciate your input! Thanks in advance!
