Been texting and bombarding girls that I’m [M20] interested in because I’m horny

I [M20]have been acting very thirsty with girls because I don’t know for some reason. I guess I’m very lonely and just need someone right now with me. How do I combat that? I act clingy, needy and need validation. I don’t know what to say. I want to stop. But I feel alone. And want someone. This often leads to me being blocked.
