Question about Toothpaste

Hi! I'm pretty sure I age regress, and I notice something when I'm little. I HATE the taste of adult toothpaste. So I had this small tube of kid toothpaste that tastes really good to little me. Can I still use that as an effective toothpaste?

So the potential issue is that kids toothpaste has less fluoride than adults toothpaste, personally I really need the fluoride because my state doesn't put fluoride in our drinking water (like many do) and my teeths need all the help they can gets

So since I like kids toothpaste better I buy adults toothpaste with extra fluoride NOT FLAVORED at all! Then I also gets kids toothpaste and I put a bit of both on my toothbrush ^-^

I actually use the kids' toothpaste (the blue sparkle fun stuff) twice a day daily because it doesn't cause the same sensory issues for me that adult toothpaste does. you can double check with your dentist but as long as you're brushing the way you're meant to, toothpaste is toothpaste
