Jak 3 glitch

I tried doing the debug mode to get The collectible trophies on The ps4 version of jak 3, and it mainly worked, but The orbs and metal head trophies didnt pop even though i did The code a bunch of times. Has anyone had this issue? How can I get The trophies to pop? Will I have to do everything manually? Have I fucked myself permanently? Thanks in advance
