Just got these Arctis 9xs not 4 months ago, side is borked already. What do?

I bet if that was a USB-C instead of that god dammed micro-USB that cracking would never had happened! You Ieft the adaptor cord in And moved it quickly and jerked the connector out! Good luck whoever keeps shipping devices with micro-usb needs to go out of business! Prime example of poor build quality

Warranty them. Sell the replacements. Buy something that is less garbage. Sorry :(

Where they dropped, haven’t seen anyone else with a crack there as there is no load at that spot.

I haven’t dropped them though, I’ve barely moved them in 2 months.
