The Match

• Shane Douglas vs. 2 Cold Scorpio – 1996 – ECW - A Matter of Respect

Here you get ‘The franchise’ Shane Douglas, who was in his mid 20s at the time and was seen to have unlimited potential; and 2 Cold Scorpio who was the smart mark’s un-pushed favourite for a long time as Flash Funk in the WWF. He went on to have a successful twilight to his career in NOAH so it can’t be said that his career was of a tragic under-achier just moderate one.

Although neither of these men ever made it big, here they show why they indeed could have.

It's an excellent match, and a rare case of a ECW classic that hasn't been recorded from a video on a camera phone, then burnt onto an xbox's harddrive and uploaded to a computer with a primitive pvr recorder, before being converted from and then to every video file type imaginable and finally being uploaded onto a russian video streaming website. i.e. the quality isn't too bad.
