No letter after email saying there's a new letter

Edit: I checked again today and there were now two letters re: benefits determination, one for the PUA claim and one for the UI/PEUC claim. As I am working now, it doesn't mean anything, but that is how it turns out.

This may be a dumb question, but has anyone else received an email from no-reply@esd.wa.gov eServices Notification - New Mail, You have a new letter in your eServices account, only to find no new letter or message at all in your eservices account?
