Frankly, I'm surprised it took this long.

I didn't even get a reason when this happened to me last week. Just banned permanently!
Always remember that the word :
###misinformation
Isn’t a real word. It was made up to demonize post reformation christians . It just means it’s against the current rulers opinion. The word reality and royalty are etymologically linked

Look it up bitch ( this sodomite followed me from r/can)

I actually won kill tony once tbh
I just received a ban from r/coronavirus. They banned me for"anti-vax nonsense". One of my "warnings" included making comparisons between a politician in Brazil to Cuomo. Another warning was for making a political comment on a POLITICAL post. They also dug up a third post from 10 days ago to give me the last consecutive strike of the day. When I criticized this behavior (by calling it hypocritical) they just banned me permanently from the subreddit and muted me from messaging their moderators. Really aggressive.
Quite the propaganda agents.
I got banned from that sub because I said a lot of people have questions about the AZ vaccine (which is true...).
Even after banning me they're still digging into what I posted on the subreddit. 1 hour ago they removed a post of a discussion by qualified scientists on the vaccine, wherein they were showing doubt about the long term efficacy of the vaccine. Doesn't jive with government propaganda.
r/CanadaPolitics is the worst for that type of behaviour - often times I get a message DAYS later (if not even over a week later) telling me my posts have been deleted because they break "rule x" (all BS). The powertripping mods just never stop once they get sight of people like us who don't spew the usual talking points.
Is there a way of reporting mods?
LOL. I just deleted my response to the OHIP/eyecare coverage because I knew it would get banned when all I was pointing out is that it's important to remember things like this when talking about universal free health care... If you have to pay hundreds for an eye exam, frames and a prescription that's not free universal healthcare, lol.
Badge of honour tbh
Liberals are hypocrites. They preach tolerance but always prove to be intolerant of anyone they don’t agree with.
This pandemic has just reinforced why I have more conservative values. For a few years there I felt more centrist, but this pandemic has brought me back.
It’s pretty sad that having a different opinion is now called “misinformation”.
It's pretty sad that people think just having an opinion means their opinion is valid

Dont support the establishment liberal narrative? Get banned, fucking Trump supporting fascist. And dont come back!

For context: https://www.reddit.com/r/canada/comments/mc1tbf/why_guidelines_for_what_canadians_can_and_cant_do/
and my comment was:
I thought it was a pretty fair statement.
Wow eh. So basically for nothing. Yeah, every Canadian sub besides the skeptic ones are just fucked. Not at all sorry to be banned from all of them.
I got banned from r/onguardforthee during my first week on Reddit for saying #covidzero was a harmful and unrealistic strategy...
lol r/onguardforthee is the worst. Gotta love the liberal left ideologues trying to defend and defer from Trudeau's non-stop corruption. They're all patsies, their ideology has been hijacked by politicians who take advantage of their naivete.
My ban from there was for posting links to mask studies, and recommendations on masks from BCCDC and WHO in response to all the 'Science' . "we're not that kind of sub"... ok then.
You lasted a week on that sub? Congrats!!
On the plus side, they wouldn't need to lie and censor so much if they weren't scared that people are starting to doubt the narrative.
I think it's a fair statement, too. I got banned for saying that there were always variants, the media just decided to scare us about them at a particular time, LOL. I also added that the variant scare was to make more people want to take the vaccine.
I guess it's really no big deal, it's only Reddit, but the censorship of non-harmful opinions as "misinformation" is kinda sad. It's not like I said "drinking bleach cures COVID".
Yeah, it is really sad. They like to be alone in their echo chamber with no dissenting opinions so that they feel like they're 100% right, I guess. Even my pro-lockdown cousin agreed with me about the variants in real life. I didn't even tell anyone not to take the vaccine, just gave an opinion.
Well, drinking bleach does cure covid. Of course, you'll be dead... but at least you will have died because of covid, and not something dumb like drinking bleach...
How have I not been banned yet?
Keep fighting the good fight
You too brother.
So the CBC is basically defending the Liberals against the Conservation proposal from yesterday. Wow.
That didn't even have a tone, lol. A fair and polite response, just goes against the narrative of the sub which always means BANNED.
The majority of Canadian subs are dominated by The Correct Narrative™. They all mirror opinions you can find blasted at you daily on CBC.
ELI5?
