Where do you find all those bad drivers? In my 10 years driving in Alberta I noticed only one guy who ran red light. There are a lot of confused drivers going 20 in 50 zone or going 80 on Stoney/Deerfoot. Or taking their time at green lights. But I think those are rather new drivers that just need a bit more experience. I’m yet to find a bad bad driver.

It's a Prius. A large number of them do something like this constantly. I don't know what it is about Prius drivers, but most of them seem to have the same brain malfunction.
