You queue and do 1/4 of the work to win, you should honestly get 1/4 reward for winning, so 20 shards is too generous.

If we get crowns when we win Squads, I feel it would be too easy.

Absolutely not. Mayyyyyybe a crown for the player that wins the final when it’s not a team game but other than that shards are fine.
