Brain fog after HFO?

Hey guys,

as the title suggest, after an intense HFO, I feel ultra brain foggy, borderline tired / unfocused and I do not really feel like myself if that makes any sense. It usually fades off after a few days but it always comes back if I orgasm like that again. Is there a way to prevent this or am I just cursed?
