I created a dummy account specifically to post the screenshots, because I don't wanna do it on my main accoubts. I'd suggest doing that.

You can also transfer it directly to your phone via QR code but it’ll disconnect you from the internet and you’ll need to relog in Warframe

Did you take a picture of the screen? You can take a screenshot on switch and post it to a twitter or facebook account, then donwload it, which is what I do. Still not exactly HD, but much better than this.
