2021 Clean Windows Install

Hey, hoping somebody has experienced this and has identified a fix.

I did a clean windows install on my Zephyrus and ran all windows updates. Once complete, I used the MyASUS app to grab armory crate, display service, and refreshrate service. Unfortunately, when I go to the Aura section of armory crate, it can't find the laptop and I am undable to control the RGB. It says a prerequisite is missing - however regardless of where and how I check for updates via all of the various ASUS apps, everything is up-to-date.

Does anybody know how to resolve this issue?

UPDATE: for anybody that comes here via a Google search, it’s because ASUS in their infinite wisdom has a folder on the C drive called “eSupport” which is critical to back up. If you don’t, rather than share the drivers like a reasonable company, they require the laptop to be sent back or pay a third party $50 for a thumb drive with a couple drivers and an installer on it. Fuck ASUS.
