ISP for Sabre Springs area?

Moving back to SD in July. Will be working remotely full time and want a reliable, high speed connection (hoping to get both good download and upload speeds cause of the nature of the work I do).

The ISPs I am aware of so far are: ATT (100 mbps down, 20 up for $45/mo), Spectrum (200mbps down, 10 up for $55/mo), and Easy Internet Now (75mpbs down, 8(?)up for $82/mo).

For some reason, im intrigued by Easy Internet Now but their plan is the most expensive (with the slowest upload speed). Any thoughts on which most reliable, how the advertised speeds compare to actual, and customer service? I assume Spectrum is a shared line and more subject to slowdown during times of heavy neighborhood use?ATT uverse has been good to me up here in NorCal but not sure how it is down there. Thanks in advance!

Spectrum also doesn’t have data caps (yet).

Yea this is a huge plus. Especially if you are downloading a lot of 4K porn like I do.

EIN just appears to be reselling ATT for a higher price.

Had AT&T in San Diego and Texas. In Texas they were subpar. They were a lot better in SD.

I now have Spectrum in Wyoming and they are terrible. I’ll be lucky if the internet works for half of the day. Some of my neighbors in San Diego and from what I remember they weren’t big fans either.

Never heard of EIN. Their rates are probably high since they don’t require a credit check.

Thank you. Sounds like the quality of the service is really regional and that i better be looking for an isp without a contract do I can switch if needed
