Eagle Peaks blown out Colours / Fog, any fix?

have you tried turning off HDR? might work.

Don't even have HDR as an option in the game settings, and HDR is turned off in Windows and on my monitor.

I had this issue and it was caused by the following line in the Engine.ini:
r.EyeAdaptationQuality=0
There are some recommended settings that include this line, so just removing it fixed the issue for me.

Blown out colors are only an issue with hdr for me, which from what I can tell is 100% broken. Turn off hdr if you have it on. I went through that area with no issue
