If Xi thinks it's fair to attack threaten and intimidate Uyghers and Tibetans overseas and threaten their families in PRC then he should probably consider the possibility of retaliation. Obviously it is not safe for him or any of his family to travel overseas without massive security in place. If i was Xi i certainly would not be sending my children overseas, Same goes for all CCP. STAY HOME, STAY SAFE, a bit like guidelines for China Virus.
