Silent mode, 60 Degrees celsius?

So for the first two days, I had no problems running silent mode at 30 to 40 degrees, but today it jumped all the way to 60? Is there something I can do to lower the temperature?

Note: CPU Usage is at 5%. Why is it so warm if it is literally not even being used?
