just happened tonight while trying to sleep

it was maybe 20 mins ago, i finally start feeling my eyes close by themselves. i remember thinking, finally i’ll be able to get some sleep. as i close my eyes i find i hear this weird ringing noise, i was too far gone asleep to even wake up at that point. i knew i was asleep but i couldn’t wake up. anyways, suddenly i appear in this room with someone. i don’t remember who it is. it was a woman, maybe my therapist or mom or my girlfriend. this ringing noise was still occurring. i didn’t think much of it, when all of a sudden it like gets higher pitched and a lot louder in my ears, i remember falling backwards in my dream with this obnoxious ringing in my ears and the woman i was with screaming. like screaming her lungs out. at the same time i saw this weird kind of tv static everywhere. and a couple seconds after i just spring back up in my chair and the second that happens i woke up irl gasping for air and sounding like a terrified kid at a haunted house. the ringing was still so loud even when i woke up and i couldn’t move a muscle. i stayed there with the screaming and ringing in my ears for about a minute when i grabbed my phone and put music on as fast as i could so i wouldn’t hear the ringing anymore. yeah, weird and scary dreams happen like this all the time, like i’m about to fall asleep and i always either hear screaming or like a laugh track or ringing noises. no tv’s are on nothings on at all.
