People are dump(can't play against such an easy champ to play against), Diana is not even close to decent and is nothing without a good team no matter the build.
Statistics in such broad environment are flawed as fuck, you can't balance any champion based on almost any elo because it's always 10 people affecting x champion's statistics, basically, champions are being balanced against other players skills and then again, very poorly rather than pure champion vs champion power.
This is why this statistical data is kinda useless and say nothing about the actual power of any champion, not just Diana.

Currently yeah. But still her WR has always hovered around 52%, even when her pickrate was 2-3%.
I'm not saying she isn't strong ATM, i think everyone knows she is. But to call her broken? Not quite, maybe in low elo but that's a design problem, not really an overtuning problem.

She has a 53.6%+ above D2+ not just low elo.

This thread is a reference to another post with the same title, using data from the new 11.7 patch with a low sample size complaining about how diana feels weak. I don't think Diana is broken, but she's is definitely the strongest she's been in a good while.

As a D1 Diana OTP, you’re right. She becomes harder to play in higher elo (D2+), but anything below that and she is amazingly good.

Love to see people unable to play the character and then go down to forums and scream that she's unplayable. Usually enemy team is so fookin scared of me that they don't even gank me after 2 failed attempts.

This does not mean anything. Diana is one of the easies assassins to play. Also there are other champions with 53-54 % Garen, Urgot ,Swain, Malzahar . Also there are high skill champions that are around 51% or more right now like Zed, Yasuo, Kata. Not to mention how Darius is god tier on top for like 2 years and was even played on pro play, so Diana even though is good enough right now is certainly not broken.

Imagine a champion having that decent of a winrate but still 14 champs better than her? But Diana is broken? Right :) you notice how her ban rate significantly goes down from gold to diamond? Because diamond players know how to play against her, which is very simple to do
