[RDDT] Clan Emblem

Anyone know the specifics of this? I know it will appear on our tanks after 7.0 so I was curious if we ever got one. The WoT Clan page seems like we've got a default looking one and I've seen mentions of gold (500?) being needed to switch it but haven't been able to find any official information on it.
