I haven’t finished the game yet and so far I don’t really see a difference.
Both are good but no one stood out to me (at least for now).
Actually I was more emotionally attached to Keira than I currently am to either of them, but that might be because Triss/Yen are slow burn romances.

Triss is cute I choose Triss in my second playthrought and Yenn in my 3rd in 1st I obviouslly choose both cause I was horny about sex scenes but I don't really know there is no wrong choice here
