Cream or cryo?

Hi, I had some warts frozen off a few months ago, and they're back now. Thing is, this time around they're tiny. Like really small, you have to look really really closely to see it. I have some imiquimod on me, do you guys think I should just use that, or get them frozen off again and apply the cream after that heals?
