Xbox party chat on PC causes buzzing for friends on console.

Although I play games predominantly on my PC, I have many friends who play on Xbox console. Because of this, the most convenient way to communicate while we play cross-platform games together is to use Xbox Party Chat with the Xbox game bar on PC. This feature has worked pretty well for the past couple of months, but recently my friends have been complaining about a very bad "buzzing" sound coming from my microphone.

At first I thought my microphone or settings were improperly configured, but absolutely no other applications (Mic testing software, discord, zoom, in-game chat for video games, etc.) experience this buzzing. It is only present when using the Xbox party chat from my PC.

Is this a known issue? If so, is there a way to prevent the buzzing from happening?
