looks like the 4.1.2 version did corrupt your database prior to upgrading (known issue which should be fixed in 4.1.3).

I recently updated to the newest version and Windows Defender flagged it but I allowed it to continue. I now get these errors in the logs:

I have downloaded the newest files and replaced but it still will not load past the splash screen.
