OCC-801 (Advance Notice of OCC-003) pushed out to May 31st

OCC-003 (801) adds a Minimum Corporate Contribution for OCC members and defines the order of draw down of member funds in a default.

Does this matter?

It means that it aligns more closely with the date for OCC-004 which defines auction procedures for suspended Clearing Members which was filed MAR31 with a 45 calendar day review period. It also means that they have some reason to push back these two critical pieces that may be precursors to the squeeze.

OCC-003 (801) could have been approved on or before April 16th, but now this has been pushed out to end of May.
