PC: Fixed my stuttering by deleting these config files.

Not sure if this is the cause but I modded these files to remove motion blur in the demo.

A mate of mine just tried this and it fixed his stuttering too. He did not mod his demo files but did play the demo.

Copy paste the bellow into file explorer, make backups of Engine.ini and GameUserSettings.ini and delete the originals (you will have to rebind any keys you've reconfigured). Don't be alarmed if the game crashes after the into video, this happened to me but then the game ran beautifully smooth afterwards!

C:\Users\INSERT YOUR USERNAME\AppData\Local\Madness\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

Hope this helps others as it's such a nicer experience without the micro pauses every 20-30 seconds!
