Can’t install mobo drivers

I’ve just upgraded a few specs in my pc I got a msi b460 pro vdh wifi, new ram, and a new cpu and some ssd, I’ve booted my pc and inserted the disk to install the drivers and it’ll just be stuck on 9% and I’ve left it there for hours and I’ve tried it multiple times and the same thing happened, then I tried to install the drivers onto a thumb drive but when I put it into my pc it didn’t even recognise the drive.
