Fibre tape suture or bio screw?

Fibre tape internal brace reconstruction

I'm opting 4 this one. Any thoughts on this. As to the traditional bio screws.

My Physio says this has no failure rate + it takes only one hamstring strand.

Please Guide me Folks.

I'm not aware of anything related to Acl.

So should I opt for Fibre tape or bio screw surgery?
