[PC] [3D Adventure/Jump n Run] Monkey with sunglasses fighting against hypnotized animals

Platform: Definitely PC

Genre: 3D Adventure/Jump n Run

Year of Release: It looks fairly old, definitely pre-2010.
I have last played the game in around 2014-ish. So anything up until then is still possible.

Graphics: They're comparable to Crash Bandicoot (1) in a way, just a tad better than that.
It definitely had rather lackluster graphics for the most part.

Notable Characters:
- You play as a monkey with sunglasses (And possibly other clothes).
- There is a large variety of animals that serve as enemies.
- One of the bosses is a snowman, another is a tree.
- The last boss is a sort of Tiki mask guy.

Gameplay:
- At the end of each level/world there is a balloon which carries you to the next one.

- The final boss (The Tiki guy) hypnotized all the animals, which is why you have to fight them to be able to defeat the tiki guy and reverse his hypnotization ''spell''.
- There is about 7 levels/worlds (Snow, Forest, Grass, Savanah, Desert, Jungle, Beach) albeit not all of these have an individual boss enemy as far as I remember.

Other: I got the game from a CD with several other games (Not directly related to this game).
That might be important.

Any help in finding this game is much appreciated!
