I finally had my Spinal Cord Stimulator surgery (Yay!), but now need help with safe sleeping positions

Hello everyone! I hope you're all having low pain days.

I finally had my Spinal Cord Stimulator surgery and I'm currently 5 weeks post op. Everything has been healing nicely and I'm getting the device turned on properly soon.

My problem is that I have been so careful with how I move, as per the doctor's orders, so that everything can heal in place properly, but I obviously can't control what I do in my sleep. Over the last few weeks, I have been thrashing around in my sleep so much that, for the first time in 7 years, my fiance is sleeping in a separate bed because I kept waking him up. I even slept walked once and I haven't done that in years!

I've noticed that my incisions have been more sore than usual when I wake up lately and I'm concerned that I might be doing some kind of damage in my sleep.

Does anyone have any tips on what I can do to limit my movement while I sleep? I'm seeing my doctor at the end of the week, but I thought that someone here might have hands on experience with this that might help until I see my doctor.
