How do I talk to women??[Discussion]

Ok I’m a pansexual girl (wlw preference but anyone is cool)AND I CANT TALK TO OTHER GIRLS.with guys they offer to engage with me first but as a start to like girls more and more I find it increasingly difficult to talk to them

Example: I’m going to a shop with my aunt and a pretty girl takes our order I want to ask her out but I’m in the closet(side bar the stuff at the store was really expensive D:) so I go again two other times once with my dad and once with myself alone AND I AM speechless 😶

How can I overcome my fear of rejection and talk to her??
