I had a great time with it previously in VR. The game can be a resource hog in VR, so adjust your resolution accordingly (be sure to review the README within the link).
The great thing about this mod is the ability to play seamlessly along flatscreen players. If you try playing solo, you won’t get far unless you got some mad skills.
Very smooth with default settings in a 2080S
Fair enough. I’ve got to wait a bit longer before I can upgrade from a 1070Ti.
Is the game sometimes in sale? this look interesting but the 2017 game is still 40$ for me on steam.
"is back to VR"? I played that game few months ago... was the MOD revoked lastly so you are saying "it is back"??
The game made a big update, they started using IL2CPP to compile .net code, and the MOD stopped working. The modder inially thought it would me imposible to make it work again, and it was in that state for several months.
How is the game in VR? Not normally my thing, but I've been playing coop games with a friend in vr, and I think we are almost ready to move on to another game.
What have you played that you recommend?
We've been playing Sur1v3 and really like it! We finished story mode together in coop. It's not too challenging but every few levels has something different. Still a wip game, (last release caused some reload issues, but yesterdays build is supposed to fix that, while adding a bunch of other things) but its really good, especially for the size of the team.
We were about to start Arizona Sunshine (I've already completed it single player, and I hear the coop is good, but the player animations are bad to the point of being funny).
And thats been about it. Oh, eleven is great, but not the style of game, or co-op. We just used to play pingpong in person years ago.
And another friend and I play coop minecraft. I was using vivecraft while he was 2d... And was doing well until I started using bows. I wish they didn't have the two handed bow. Nice in theory, but with the low pixel bow, it was almost impossible to aim.
Good to know. I played a little Forest VR and it was awesome and scary. Hope my bud gets a quest 2 soon for that. I also bet we'll get into Pavlov
Very difficult game, slow gameplay, except when a wave of monsters comes ... then lots of adrenaline
