PSA People are throwing water balloons at cars passing by The Vistas

Some assholes at The Vistas just off campus are throwing water balloons at cars as they pass by. Scared the shit out of me and it's gonna end up making someone get in a wreck. I was scared it did permanent damage because it hit really hard. Should I call UPD/San Marcos PD or is it not worth their time?

Edit: I ended up calling and reporting to SMPD and they said they'd send someone out but that's the last I've heard of it.
