Pretty bad meme considering power creep in the game is pretty unreal and most patches are buff heavy.

Also that the "it's all nerfs" quote is about one section of the manifesto. The other sections had buffs to vaal skills and stuff.

Only wanted to meme about the phrasing as it made me laugh when I read it the first time. I'm not criticizing the fact GGG nerfed things, I think most of them were deserved to be fair and it's probably going to make the game a bit more balanced / fair.

To be honest, the powercreep in this game is kind of an issue, so i always advocate for nerfs more than buffs in order to keep the old content relevant.
If they don't, they have to double/tripple/quadrouple the life of enemies again to keep the game playable.
I do agree about the fact nerf were needed, last few leagues were only power creep and especially harvest re-introduction in 3.13. As you said I'd rather have things balanced (rather than 'nerfed' as it was definitely OP), than having monsters with too much HP for 'normal' builds.
