Vanguard don't have voting rights for most of their shares.

Discussion 🦍

Just been going through SEC filings and Vanguard didn't file most of their shares with voting power. They have voting power for 58k votes but only have dispositive power (selling) for the other 5 million.

You'll see that BlackRock have voting power for almost all of their shares.

Can't find a 13G/D on Fintel for Fidelity after they transferred their stake. Prior to the transfer they only had voting power on 296k shares.

IMO that makes it pretty unlikely that Vanguard will be recalling their shares, unless they're planning to file a new 13G in the next few days.

I'm not an expert in SEC filings so please point out if I'm wrong and I'll edit/delete. Not trying to spread FUD, just keeping things realistic. We don't need Vanguard to recall anyway, if BR do it'll light the fuse.
