S4, E9: "Doors Opening, Doors Closing" Discussion Thread

It's finally going to be back!

I am going to ask for no spoilers before the airing of the episode.

During and after, beware of any and all potential spoilers!

Plot Summary I found from FOX: "Conrad and Bell treat a pregnant woman who is carrying Jake's future adopted child."

Enjoy the episode everyone!
