Am I crazy to want to retire at 60?

The background: I absolutely hate my toxic work environment. The CEO is openly laying off people and selling departments. Managers are trying to get people to quit or retire by making their direct reports miserable. I’m super stressed, losing sleep, etc.

My situation: My only debt is $155k mortgage at $1450 per month. I have 450k in my 401k and 60k in a pension. I plan to live off 40k per year in retirement, drawing all of that from my 401k for the first two years until age 62. When SS begins I can drop my 401k withdrawals to 20k per year. Until I become Medicare eligible at age 65, I’ll have to rely on the ACA health exchange.

In spite of my asking, I’m not really seeking advice from internet strangers. I want to retire so badly and I just wanted to lay it all out there. Thanks.
