This is a common bug, happens with my 50x. Just hit the refresh source button on the remote and that should fix it. If it doesn’t try changing the source to something with no input and then change it back again. Still nothing, then try turning it off and on again. If it still can’t fix itself, and is there permanently then you might need to fill out a repair ticket.

Hey everyone, I just received a new Optoma HD39HDR from Amazon and after setting it up I quickly noticed the left (more specifically the bottom left) of the screen is quite a bit darker than the rest of the image.

Is there anything I can do to correct the issue besides sending it back? I’ve already confirmed the screen and the projector are aligned correctly.
