Who are Louisiox's 12 disciples?
I am at the Stormblood section of the story and Alphy just mentioned his grandfather came to Eorzea with his 12 disciples but no mention of who those 12 are/were.
Who are they?

I actually didn't know the tattoo on their necks meant the Circle of Knowing. Idk how I missed this lol. At least we know what to look for.
I don’t believe it does and the wording on the wikipedia is a little confusing. I believe they mean that the mark indicates they are from Sharlayan and not that it means they’re from the Circle of Knowing. The mark is basically like a PhD, meaning they excelled in their chosen studies. I don’t remember the exact exchanges off the top of my head, but I’m fairly certain Lyse spoke of how Yda excelled in martial arts and earned her marks and G’raha also spoke about how he got his tats with his paper on Allagans.

I think it's in the 5.4 dialogue when you go to Azys Lla with G'raha and Alisaie. G'raha referred to it as his Archon's Mark.

the circle of knowing sigil is not in their neck tatoos as someonelse pointed out, instead, the simbol is that eye like image they have on their 2.0 clothing

I'm also really surprised by it. Last I checked the tattoo is still given to Archons. Catboy got one.
... Okay, I looked again. So it was originally 12 people following Louisoix, but apparently they're taking new members now.

I think the wiki has some inaccuracies or some stuff has been retconned.
The tattoos on the NPCs necks is a Sharylan symbol, it's like a badge indicating they've mastered some field of study. Ethys Asher (youtuber lore guy) calls them PHD tattoos. >!G'raha stated in 5.4 he submitted a thesis to get his archon mark. !< They're not strictly symbols of the Circle of Knowing, it just sort of happened that many of the people who joined Louis' little gang happened to have this mastery symbol.
Honestly hoping Alisaie gets hers for curing tempering.
Thats missing at least Galuf in eureka. Not sure if the others in that questline are archons or not though, it was pretty thin on details that stuck with me
