When I tell you this was my favorite thing I've recorded so far, I mean it. 🥰 I'm a sucker for anything historical (and especially anything historical and gay), so this caught me immediately. I had so much fun with it!

(And lilacs are my favorite flower, so of course I had to.)

Just as a heads up, my voice is a little deeper in this audio. Since the character is supposed to be a housewife, I didn't feel my usual squeak was quite appropriate for the vibe!

I really stretched myself on this audio – in a good way! There's a lot of (intentional) ambient sound and general foley; I'm still trying to work on figuring out EQ shenanigans to make the music sound like it's coming from another room, but we're getting there!
