Any modern equivalents of SupCom?

Sure i have found quite a bit of games that come close, but still not anythign that fits well enough to scratch the supcom itch.

Beyond all reason, Planetary annihilation, Ashes of the Singularity: Escalation.

What can the die hard fans of SupCom recommend? is there any game currently in development that aims for the same level of scale and combat as supcom?
