SolarWinds and vRealize integration

Need to integrate SolarWinds and vRealize so that vrealize can know which IPs are used and which are not. From what I found on the wolrd wide web I need to download a

com.solarwinds.ipam.package 

file from solar winds but i cant find it. Any light you can shine will be awesome. Thank you.
