I'd let them sit longer. They are going to bend the branch. But they shouldn't get bigger.

Yes, must practise more patience.. they take so long to ripen! Now I know why my grocery charges $1.50 each

These have been growing since spring!! They are so heavy now the branches are bending right over, dont want them to snap off.... should they be ripened off the lil tree?

As long as they are firm and not squishy. And they are either yellow or yellow-green. So I suppose you could.
