I missed my dose today, do I take it now or just wait till tomorrow

I don’t usually have a set time to take my meds tbh, I just make sure I take it sometime during the first part of my day (9am-1pm) basically depending on when I wake up. I spent the night at someone’s house last night and forgot my meds, just got home and it’s 12am...should I take them now then take my next pill tomorrow as well or just wait till tomorrow? I’m only on 10 mg rn anyway so it’s not like doing the first option will really hurt me lmao.
