Absolute nightmare trip that's causing me pain and anxiety on the come-up on shrooms ever since

I remember my first several trips (like 10-15) going without a hitch absolutely amazing. Then one, one absolute hell came after I stupidly decided to take 2g without lemon, tea, or even chocolate on the come-down of a trip of 1g. The n* hit hard even though I was perfectly fine. If you didn't know everything is extremely enhanced when on shrooms and so yeah. Don't want to get into it but it was like real hell. Anyways ever since then the come up on shrooms are just pain and anxiety. Right now I'm on some and am good but like I said the come up.....
