Are relationships between freshman/sophomores and juniors/seniors okay?

I (18M) personally have been on both sides of this equation. As a freshman (14M) in high school I began dating someone (16F) two years older than me for about a year. Then, during the summer after my junior year, I (17M) briefly talked to someone (15F) who had just finished their freshman year. I thought nothing of it at the time, but a friend (18F) opened up to me about her experiences with two year age differences in high school relationships and she explained to me that she feels they are wrong and she feels traumatized by them. Are they okay or not? I don’t know if I’m a predator or not.
