Should I get circumcised

Hey guys, lately i’ve been having an issue where my the top/tip of my foreskin gets red, yet does not hurt. The other side seems to gets cut during sex/masturbation. I recently went to the doctor and came out clean for everything. I’m guessing this is a friction issue, yet this had never happened to me, yet has started happening these last 6 months. I at times let it heal for a week, then when I think it’s good I have sex with my girl (also got tested and is clean), it gets red and the other side gets a small cut. I do not use lube. I was wondering if I should try out lube to see how it reacts, or should I just go ahead with a circumcision?
